ITEM CARE INSTRUCTIONS
We recommend that all clothing items (from any collection, Heirloom or not) be hand washed or washed on delicate cycle in a garment bag with mild detergent. Items containing embellishments which are delicate in nature should be laid flat to dry. Please note that any items made with delicate components (lace, embroidery, tassels, or poms) should be hand washed.
Non-washable items may be gently spot treated/washed with a mild cleanser and air dried.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us here or at firstname.lastname@example.org.
As a general rule and due to our limited inventory, we do not accept returns or exchanges on orders. However, if your order arrives damaged or late, we will work with you to the best of our ability. Heirloom items are strictly final sale and we do our best to note any defects in our listing descriptions.
We are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. In order to continue to offer low prices, please note that in the event where we feel that our policies are being abused, we reserve the right to refuse service, returns, and/or charge a restocking fee.
Our standard processing times are 1-2 business days but during high-order volume times, this can be extended, without notice to 3-4 business days. No orders are processed or shipped on weekends and holidays. Once an order is processed it will be shipped via the method you selected at checkout.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Once your order leaves our office, it is in the hands of the carrier service and you should contact them directly with your tracking number if you need further assistance. Please note that any shipping or transit times offered to you by Nina Hive is strictly an estimate. We encourage you to order as soon as possible to avoid any delays caused by shipping.

We accept a number of different payment options. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.
Our current turn around time is 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. We keep all of our inventory in stock, to provide you with the fastest processing time possible.
